Employability Assessed

These days many companies follow a policy of Employability Assessment, through which they assess their candidates ability and also to see that whether their performances will be able to meet  company’s standards or not. Employability wholly depends on knowledge, ability and skills. Companies nowadays take personality test in order to assess employability of candidates and then depending on their employability employer decides whether they require such candidates or not. 


Apart from personality test there are various other assessment tools which are used by the companies for selecting suitable employee.
