Employability is a term that refers to knowledge, skills, abilities which are present in an individual and which can be of use when gauging a person for being an employer. The present employers are not only interested in degrees but also in employability skill which a person posses. There are some pertinent traits that help in enhancing a person’s employability and its successive rate of escalation.
